Holding therapeutic space for deep listening, personal enquiry and healing process. This work involves a combination of plant medicine and your creative process. Each session follows a similar frame work that is then tailored to suit the requirements of the individual or group so that your transformational growth may flourish.

With 15+ years experience I have a wealth of tools to share. Showing up as I am – human, womb-an, mother, partner, friend, sister and daughter. Acknowledging my privilege, owning whats mine and knowing whats not. My intention is to work in service of your true alignment, so that you can live your life in an integrated embodied way.
I have come to the conclusion that throughout my adult life I have been striving to regain access to my essential nature, the unbounded confidence and curiosity of childhood. This search has been long, and although I have at moments glimpsed it, I have always had something else to do, because whatever I was doing in those moments ‘wasn't that important,' or 'I’d never earn a living being creative or doing Art', or saying to myself that 'I’ll get round to it eventually,' and 'one day I’ll make something or complete a craft I started long ago!' So, never fully satisfied with my work, the search for what I 'should' be doing continued whilst unconsciously denying my self its very essence - CREATIVITY.

I have now realised that I've been doing it all wrong! I AM the creative life force, as are YOU and WE get to choose! It is an integral part of our very existence to use our hands and skills to weave and work the world around us, it's not merely a hobby, something we fit in when we have time, it is something our very bodies and minds call for, they yearn for they ache to create, to be useful, to be of service, to have a purpose, to be part of the communal creation of this wonderful world.
